We were interested in this property mainly because of the reputation of the Lodha Group. Spread across 4 acres, the Lodha Casa Maxima unit configuration has 1 and 2 BHK flats, and we had our focus on buying the 2 BHK here. We were lucky to get a resale flat and met the seller.
Although the Lodha Casa Maxima unit area was small, the ventilation and interiors had us interested. So, we gave it a thought regarding making the deal. However, we couldn’t go ahead with the purchase due to budget constraints.

Hello, I came across your question and want to share my experience of living here. I have a 1 BHK where I live with my family. The main highlight for us is the wide range of amenities you get here. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a shopping centre and a spa.
The atmosphere stays pleasant and you don’t get much outside noise due to the well-thought-out architecture.

You have the Pleasant Park bus station and the Anand Nagar Metro Station close by. Another good aspect comes in the form of reputed hospitals like Om and Life Care, which make the Lodha Casa Maxima location a good one.
There is security present at all the major points and the maintenance staff takes care of cleanliness well. If you can find a flat here, do consider it.
